Charlotte Van Ost graduated in 2022 with a master’s degree in communication, public action and territories at Infocom Roubaix, University of Lille, and is the print communications attaché at Azimut, a theatre in the Paris region. She shows us her job after having brought back her beautiful memories at Infocom Roubaix.
Point Com': Why this choice to integrate Infocom Roubaix?
Charlotte Van Oost: After reviewing the communication training programs in several universities, it seemed to me that Infocom Roubaix was the most professionalizing.
What does a typical day look like?
C.V.O: At home, there is no typical day. After reading the emails, the day can start in all directions. I manage the retro-planning, writing articles for the bimonthly magazine, designing the season brochure, posters and press relations. I animate the social networks and I accompany my colleague in the editing of videos or making interviews.
What do you like most about your job?
C.V.O: I appreciate the creative and organizational side of the job, the fact that we touch everything and can train over time.

And what do you like least?
C.V.O: The workload that builds up quickly. If you are not organized one day or less productive, you pay it the next day. But it allows to have a sense of organization.
Advice for future communication managers?
C.V.O: Do not neglect the internships. These are opportunities to increase your chances of employment, opportunities that open many doors.
